Nota Bene opened in 2022 with the mission to serve delicious, authentic Georgian cuisine in an elegant setting. Noticing a lack of fine dining restaurants in the neighborhood, we jumped at the opportunity to provide elevated food and service with frequent musical entertainment. We know you’ll feel at home here, whether for an intimate dinner or celebratory party.

At Nota Bene, we not only take pride in our cooking, but also the storied history of Georgian food and wine – we use traditional recipes and methods dating back hundreds, if not thousands of years. Georgia, after all, was the first country to ferment wine in clay vessels, the qvevri. Even the French admitted we were first! At Nota Bene, the ancient techniques and flavors are on display – and they continue to deliver outstanding culinary experiences.

We can’t wait to show you all we have to offer. With live music on the weekends, ample space for private parties, and an unforgettably elegant atmosphere, we offer one of the most unique experiences in Brighton you won’t want to miss.
